No, by default our billing process is paperless. We email you an electronic copy of your bill each time one is generated. You can also view your current and past bills anytime by logging into the customer portal. If you need to update your email address on file, please contact support.
If you require a paper bill be sent, you can opt-in to receive a printed statement by mail each month. Please note that there is a $1.00/month service charge for receiving a printed statement to cover the cost of printing and postage.
