If you need to update the contact information on your account, you can do so online from within the Billing Portal.

Change your contact information through the Billing Portal

1. Sign in to the Avative Billing Portal using your username and password.
2. Click My Details in the side menu.
3. Review and edit your contact information as needed, and then click Update Details to save your changes.
