The Customer Portal allows you to view past bills, make bill payments, and update your contact information. This article will walk you through the various pages and tabs available within the Customer Portal and provide some examples of common actions you can take.
First Time Registration
- Navigate to the Customer Portal, and click on the “New portal user? Register an account here!” button.
Note If you have already created a login but do not know your password, do not attempt to create a new login. Click "Recover username or reset password" to regain access to the billing portal. - Fill in the email address matching the information you provided to your service provider, and click on “Lookup Email Address”.
- If the email address provided matches your information, an email will be sent out with instructions to create a username and password.
